Our goal at Or Tea? has always been to change how people enjoy tea. Since our official launch in 2016, we've been working hard towards this. But, the COVID-19 pandemic made things harder, especially with our supply chain. We knew we had to make big changes to keep up with our goals.
I'm excited to tell you about a big improvement we've made. We've upgraded our supply chain, allowing us to bring in the best ingredients from around the world and mix them with fresh teas right where they grow in China. This is a big step in making our vision a reality.

1. Better Quality If you liked our tea before, you're going to love it now. We've raised our quality even higher.
2. More Sustainable We're becoming more eco-friendly. Our teas now come in biodegradable filters and recyclable packets, keeping freshness and being good for the planet.
3. More Efficient We've changed our supply chain to be faster and more reliable. This means you'll get our products consistently and without delay.
4. Better Pricing While prices are going up everywhere, we're doing the opposite. We're making our prices better for our customers, which is good news for you too.
