Allen is the creative force behind Or Tea?, responsible for the brand’s signature look, feel — and flavour. With a background in branding and a passion for storytelling, he leads the development of each tea blend and design, working closely with a team of experts to bring his vision to life. From packaging to product innovation, Allen keeps pushing the brand forward — one beautiful box (and AI concept) at a time.

Fun Fact: Currently training an AI to handle unnecessary manual work — so he can spend more quality time with his family (and take his beloved dachshund Cole for more walkies).

Jacco – Co-Founder

The one that makes it all work.

 Jacco is the backbone of Or Tea?, ensuring the business runs smoothly from supply chain to sales. While Allen brings the big ideas, Jacco oversees the day-to-day with calm precision — managing operations, supporting the team, and keeping every moving part aligned. He’s the quiet force that turns vision into reality, without ever needing to raise his voice.

Fun Fact: He once memorised the entire inventory just to prove a point (and yes, he was right).

Mirjam – Account Manager

The one who keeps everyone happy.

With a long working history alongside Jacco, Mirjam is now part of Or Tea?, supporting sales and helping keep our customers smiling. Whether it’s managing follow-ups or ensuring orders run smoothly, she’s the calm voice behind the scenes that keeps everything moving.

Fun Fact: Karen from Will & Grace — minus the martinis (unless it’s Friday).

Gally – AI Agent

The one who never sleeps.

Gally is Or Tea?’s soon-to-launch AI agent, here to help answer questions, process orders, and support our customers around the clock — no coffee breaks, no complaints. Designed to handle the boring stuff so the humans can focus on what matters, she’s the digital soul of our new-generation tea brand.
