Think of Cold Brew as the chill younger sibling of hot tea. By skipping the heat and taking things slow, we avoid all the usual drama like bitterness, acidity, and those harsh tannins that make your mouth feel dry. Instead, this gentle soak preserves the delicate antioxidants and natural sweetness that boiling water tends to chase away.
How it works?
Step 1 - Steep
Drop 2 Or Tea? sachets or 4–5 g of loose tea into 750 ml of cold water.
Step 2 - Chill
Refrigerate for 4–6 hours
(or overnight for an even better result).
Step 3 - Extra
If you have a sweet tooth, melt a spoon of honey and stir it into your brew.
