After honing his skills in the creative and experiential fields, Allen realized his expertise could create a product appreciated by a wider audience. Fueled by a passion for entrepreneurship and creating his own unique brand, he spent a year refining his vision. In 2010, he launched Or Tea?™, a perfect blend of his creativity and personal connection to tea.

By 2015, Allen faced a decision—continue to focus on client work or commit fully to making Or Tea?™ a significant product for consumers. He chose the latter, expanding the company's product line and reaching markets in Europe, and Asia.
